By accessing or using Equipment Scheduler (the "Service"), operated by Rovaryn Digital Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Equipment Scheduler is a SaaS application providing visual equipment scheduling tools for construction contractors. Service availability is subject to maintenance windows and capacity limits per subscription tier.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovaryn Digital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
