Pricing FAQ
Can I try before I buy?
Yes — 14-day free trial on all tiers, no credit card required. You'll have full access to all features on the tier you select during trial. Operator scheduling is available on Professional and above during trial.
Do you charge per equipment asset?
No. Equipment Scheduler Pro uses flat-tier pricing — $199/mo for Essentials covers up to 10 assets, $349/mo for Professional covers up to 25, and so on. You can add extra assets above the tier limit at $15/asset/month. This is deliberately different from per-asset pricing models (like Clue's telematics approach) — you always know your bill.
What happens when I hit my asset limit?
At 80% of your limit, you'll see a persistent in-app warning. At 100%, the action that would exceed the limit is blocked with an upgrade prompt. You can upgrade your plan at any time or add individual extra assets at $15/month each.
Is operator scheduling included in all tiers?
Operator management and scheduling is available on Professional, Business, and Enterprise tiers. At Essentials, you'll see the operator roster feature with a locked upgrade prompt — it's visible, not hidden, so you can decide if the upgrade makes sense.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time through your billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What are the annual billing terms?
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and are equivalent to getting 2 months free versus monthly billing. Annual: Essentials $1,990/yr · Professional $3,490/yr · Business $5,990/yr · Enterprise $11,990/yr.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds on subscription payments. If you're unsatisfied within your first 14-day trial period, simply don't upgrade to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. No invoiced billing at this time (Enterprise tier: contact us).
