Equipment Scheduler is a product of Rovaryn Digital Inc., a portfolio of vertical SaaS products built specifically for SMB operators across construction, manufacturing, and trade-services verticals.
We built Equipment Scheduler because every general contractor we talked to had the same story: heavy equipment was either double-booked across two job sites, or sitting idle while the site needed it. Spreadsheets kept the schedule until the third project, then they crashed. ERPs cost six figures, took a year to implement, and required a full-time admin.
We built the in-between — visual, drag-and-drop, designed for 5–30 pieces of equipment across multiple sites. The kind of tool a foreman can open on a phone, and a PM can run the whole fleet from.
Who we serve
Equipment Scheduler is built for SMB general contractors, site-prep firms, and specialty trade contractors with owned or leased heavy equipment. Most of our customers run 10–50 assets across 3–15 active job sites — the size range where spreadsheets stop working and ERPs are overkill.
What we're not
We're not a full ERP. We don't do accounting, payroll, or estimating. We don't integrate with your existing GPS telematics platform — at least not yet. We do one thing well: keep your fleet scheduled, conflict-free, and visible.
