Idle-Asset Flag & Reassignment Worksheet

The Idle-Asset Flag & Reassignment Worksheet scans your assignment log against a date you set and flags every asset that has sat unassigned for N or more days. You enter your last-assignment date per asset and your own idle-cost-per-day; the worksheet computes idle days, raises the flag when the threshold is crossed, and ranks the flagged assets so you can structure a reassign / release / hold decision on each one. It reads the same column schema as the Fleet & Equipment Register (ES-06), so you paste your asset list straight in. Every idle-cost figure is a number you enter — the worksheet ships with no benchmark rates and asserts none; the ranking is entirely on your own values.
