The Equipment Scheduling Master Tracker turns a list of assets and dated site assignments into a conflict-checked weekly fleet view. Enter your equipment on one tab and your bookings on another — start date, end date, job site, operator — and the workbook flags any asset booked to two places at once, shows what is free on a given date, and lays the whole week out asset-by-asset. It replaces the shared spreadsheet that silently lets two site managers book the same excavator. Every asset, rate, and date is yours: the workbook ships blank and asserts no utilization figure, day-rate, or benchmark of any kind.
